This Undertaking, Consent, and Limited Visibility Declaration (“Undertaking”) is executed by the undersigned individual (“Applicant”) in favour of British Learning and Accessories Private Limited, having its registered office at Mumbai, Maharashtra (“British Learning”), which administers and operates the British Learning Research Council and allied academic platforms.
This Undertaking governs the Applicant’s participation in the Research India Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiative and any associated visibility, listing, or interaction with British Learning platforms.
Such conduct shall constitute free, informed, and unconditional consent under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, notwithstanding the absence of a physical or digital signature.
Such listing, if granted, shall remain live on the British Learning website until 31st December 2026, unless withdrawn earlier.
British Learning reserves absolute discretion to accept or reject any application for paid membership, without assigning reasons.
The Applicant grants British Learning an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, host, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, edit, and distribute the Applicant’s name, photograph, video, and submitted materials across websites, repositories, promotional content, institutional communications, social media, brochures, and marketing materials, without further consent or compensation.
British Learning reserves the unrestricted right to modify, suspend, restrict, or remove any listing, content, or visibility at any time, without notice or liability, in furtherance of institutional, legal, or reputational considerations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, British Learning shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, or opportunity-related claims arising from the Applicant’s participation in the CSR initiative or reliance upon any listing.
This Undertaking shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Undertaking.
By submitting details, permitting publication, or continuing interaction with British Learning platforms, the Applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this Undertaking in its entirety.
