Disclaimer: Membership under the Certified Partner Program of BritishLearning.UK is governed by the terms and conditions outlined in the Undertaking signed by the Member at the time of joining, and the Member agrees to operate strictly within the defined scope. The Membership Fee includes the issuance of the Membership Certificate, a microsite on www.britishlearning.uk, and standard partner onboarding, but excludes services such as social media advertising or promotions, lead generation campaigns or digital marketing, preparation, customization, or upload of training material, and use of the LMS for hosting the Member’s own course content—all of which are optional and separately chargeable as per mutually agreed commercial terms. British Learning does not guarantee recognition of its certificates, diplomas, or degrees by government, immigration, or employment bodies, as all certification is issued by BritishLearning.UK as a private international education provider. Use of the British Learning name, logo, and training content is governed strictly by the IP and indemnity clauses in the signed Undertaking, and any misuse may result in legal liability and immediate termination of membership.
